Why didn't I think of that?

I have just decided to homeschool my kids, and my son who is almost 4 is already reading some words. After reading this book, I know he will be able to process more words quicker than before. I never would have thought to teach him to visualize it in his mind like a photo, even though that's what I do when I'm spelling all the time. Nice, creative way to help anyone learn how to spell!

More of a Promotion than a tool

It does have an interesting, and some might find it helpful, technique for learning how to spell. I felt it was more of a promotion for the service they provide on their website than a learn tool. Which is okay if you are looking into their program it is a great introduction into it.

I liked the facts that there are direct links in the book to resources and strategies. The information is common sense and useful, and links to research showing that different children have different learning styles. A good, solid resource and tool.
